Malicious Form of Cellulite
Pneumococcal can cause particularly malicious form of cellulite, which is often associated with tissue necrosis, formation of pus, and invasion of the blood. Two distinct syndrome recognized in such a case: the first is characterized by the participation of the extremities in patients with diabetes or drug abuse and the latter - to the part of the head, neck and upper torso in patients with systemic lupus erythematic, nephritic syndrome or hematological diseases.
Gram-negative bacteria can cause bullous (bubbles) cellulite in patients with cirrhosis. Early diagnosis is essential because the disease is rapid, usually progresses to septic shock and death.
Repeating staphylococcal cellulites can occur in otherwise normal patient’s immunologically nasal carriage of staphylococci and this syndrome Job.
Various nosocomial infections follow trauma to soft tissue can result in cellulite. It is unusual occurrence of infection in the surgical wounds areas around in less than 24 hours after the operation, but if any clinical problem usually causes are group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus or Clostridium perfringens.
Wounds of mammals constitute a particular subset of cellulite. Infections are usually poly-microbial. Causes can be: dog bites, Pasteurella multocida (bites dog or cat), and Strep to bacillus moni-liformis (rat bite).
Certain factors related to individual predispose to cellulite, unspecified:.

• Immunodeficiency
• Cancer
• Venous stasis
• Obesity
• Alcoholism
• Pregnancy
• Chronic liver disease
• Peripheral arterial disease
• Chronic renal failure
• Intravenous or subcutaneous administration of the drugs / drug
