Medical condition cellulite is not related to cosmetic condition again called cellulite or "orange peel".
Cellulite can be caused by the normal flora of the skin, or from exogenous bacteria, and often occurs when the skin is pre- distorted by the example cuts, blisters, burns, insect bites, surgical wounds, or injection of a medicament for: the insertion of the catheter. This break in the skin does not need to be visible.
The most common causes are mainly streptococci from group A, but the groups of G, C, B, S., other streptococci, Penicillin-sensitive anaerobes,
Predisposing factors for Cellulite include:
• Insect bites or spider
• Blistering
• Rash purity (itchy rash) on the skin
• Recent surgery
• Mycosis of the feet (athlete's foot)
• Dry skin
• Eczema
• Injecting drugs or drugs (especially subcutaneous or intramuscular injection)
• Pregnancy
• Alcoholism
• Elderly
• Chronic liver disease
• Peripheral vascular disease
• Chronic renal failure
• Diabetes and obesity, which may have an effect on circulation
• Burns
• Furuncles
• A weakened immune system (HIV / AIDS, genetic diseases, radiotherapy, immunosuppressive drugs)
The elderly and individuals with immunodeficiency (weakened immune system) are particularly vulnerable to the development of cellulite.
